As the Vice President of Operations, ROI Events, I am a member of the eight-person Radio One, Senior Management and Executive Team. I am responsible for the overall daily operations of the Events Division: managing our team, providing efficient solutions to problem solving and giving quality service to our clients. Lead for ideation and budget development for Events.

I was hired to streamline the event production and talent booking processes of all the Radio One, Inc properties into a centralized division. Develop new and exciting branded entertainment. The properties which fall under this overarching objective are 53 radio stations, A television network, TV One, Interactive One (60 websites) , Reach Media (Tom Joyner) and One Solution a multi-platform sales division. Each of these properties performs as individual brands. I am responsible for collaborating with all division leaders to help better define the brand, the vision, values and consistency of messaging. I am responsible for the research, execution and analysis of client activation’s and event content.
